Structure:
Movable partition wall is composed of many single panels.Each panel is equipped with single or two hanging rollers.It depends on the horizontal hanging roller to make the partition panel hanging along the track.The vertical contact points of each single panel are connected by concave and convex positions.The seal rubbers are embedded and panel top and bottom parts are equipped with a retractable mechanism.
Feature:
1.There is no track on the floor, just install the track on the ceiling;
2.Using environmental material, the maximum sound insulation coefficient up to 53 db;
3.During production,our factory usually use high-efficiency fireproof materials, it can make panels have good fireproof performance;
4.According to different customers requests ,we can design different surface decoration.Usually we suggest customers surface that it can be combined with the indoor decoration effect to choose.
5.The partitions can move really flexibility, only one person can complete the entire process of partitioning;
6.When closing, the partition can be hidden in a dedicated storage cabinet, which does not affect the overall appearance.
Track system:
For single or paired panels up to 250kg. One 4-wheeled carrier is provided per panel, each wheel is consists of molded polymer tires on hardened steel ball bearings.Resilient mounted body for quite operation and load distribution.special for center stacking option. Usual dimension from the ceiling to the structure is 200mm.
For Omni-directional panel up to 225kg. Two carriers are provided per panel. Each carrier has two horizontal counter-rotating wheels that roll (not slide) in the track. Each wheel has precision ground bearings, encased with POM for quiet operation. Carriers easily negotiate square or angled corners without switches. Usual dimension from the ceiling to the structure is 200 mm.
